SW550 Mini Warper
The CCI SW550 Mini Warper was designed for the sampling loom. The machine can produce warp beams for short run featuring fixed lengths and different colors to work with SL8900 Evergreen. It uses a computerized independent PC based controller featuring built-in design editing software for easier operation.
The SW550 Mini Warper uses a computerized yarn-guiding device as well. With this feature, the warp is placed precisely across the width of the warper to guarantee that it is wound correctly in position on the drum. The SW550 Mini Warper also features color change notification to avoid unnecessary mistakes. The machine automatically stops once each color of warp on the beam is finished.
With the SW550 Mini Warper, the tension and speed are adjustable during warping to provide the best quality of warp beams.

MINI LUTAN Single-end Warping Machine
The CCI Mini Lutan is a convenient and all-inclusive warping tool to assist with the sampling loom. It uses the patented Ring Warping method can is capable of preparing beams of 7.5 to 30 meters without limitation to the number of bobbins, types of warp yarn, or the warp arrangement. With all of these features, the Mini Lutan is the ideal warping machine for sampling.

Lutan Single-end Warping Machine
The CCI Lutan Single-end Warping Machine has a unique design featuring a "Ring" warping. This new warping technique provides the best quality warp beams. For added versatility, the Lutan offers two drum sizes and three types of creel of different designs.
With its Ring design, the Lutan Single-end Warping Machine is capable of high speed running for extended periods. Different servo-motors control the rotating and traversing movements while the speed and positions are controlled by computer. The leasing hooks are pneumatically driven and are detachable to allow for easy operation and to avoid damage on warp. These features help to improve the overall quality of the warp beam.
