Ordering Parts

With our EDOSnet web based ordering system, we provide a simple tool for our customers to order parts online directly from our parts distribution center in Switzerland, for all Itema products. This system also provides the option to receive quotes prior to ordering and the ability to track the order progress and status online.

Shipping Parts

Itema spare parts are shipped for all customers worldwide, out of Switzerland. We ship on a daily basis to the U.S., with one consolidated weekend shipment for large or oversized items. Upon arrival and customs clearance, our broker will ship the parts directly to our customers.

Itema America also offers an in house emergency stock of spare parts here in the U.S. Additionally we offer to ship emergency shipments out of Switzerland via FedEx, with a 24 to 48 hour delivery time.

Local spare parts service is provided by Elsie Nydegger at our Spartanburg facility. She can be reached at (864) 598-5202 and will gladly assist and support our customers as needed.
